Huh, this is not news, this is Ritte’s promotional / marketing copy. I expect better…
Thanks for the feedback Curtis. Yes, it’s a press release from the company. At the bottom of the press release we say that’s what it is. Here’s that paragraph in case you missed it:
“While we personally test and review loads of products, we regularly hear about new gear not yet available for testing. To quickly share products we think you’d like to know about we run company news releases. These are unedited. We have no affiliation with the companies and are not paid to run their information.”
It was our feeling that this product news would be of interest and we plan to keep sharing product news like this because we believe most readers would rather hear about interesting new products and bicycles rather than not hear about them – even if the information is coming straight from the horse’s mouth. If we don’t think the news in a press release is of interest/value we won’t share it with you. And we will also be sure to keep requesting products and bikes to test and review – that won’t change. These PRs will simply appear in addition to that.
Thanks again,
Jim
Thanks, Jim. I live in Los Angeles. I used to know the owners of a dealer that sold Ritte bikes and would see the occasional Ritte bike out riding. I have not noticed them in a while so it’s good to know they are still in business with some new models.
