Review of Feedback Sports Velo Wall Rack 2D Bike Storage Rack
I recently had an opportunity to evaluate Feedback Sports’ newly designed Velo Wall Rack – the Velo Wall Rack 2D. This redesigned bike storage rack system sets a new bar for bicycle wall mount systems making it a welcome solution if you want to store or showcase your favorite bicycle in your home.
New Notable Features
- The positions of the two bike support arms can be independently adjusted, making it possible to precisely position your bicycle on the rack.
- The newly designed bike support arms can now be adjusted horizontally 8″-12″ (20.3-30.5cm) increasing the width between the rubber supports and the distance of the supports from the wall to accommodate different bike geometries, and vertically 7″ (17.8cm) along the wall hub of the wall rack to raise or lower the height of the bike when mounted on the rack.
- New design of the wall mount with a glossy, black finish that is very attractive, making it suitable for placement in any room in your home.
- The highly adjustable bike support arms make this wall rack versatile enough to hang most road bikes, cyclocross bikes, hybrid bikes, and XC mountain bikes.
THE Velo Wall Rack 2D

Mounting Your Bike on the Wall

The top tubes of most bicycles today are sloping, and therefore not parallel to the ground. This can be a problem if you would like to hang your bicycle on the wall using the top tube with most bike racks. The fact that the two support arms of the Velo Wall Rack 2D can be adjusted independently in both the vertical and horizontal direction makes it possible to adjust the support arms for the bicycle so that when the bicycle is positioned on the rack, it will hang so that the wheels are parallel to the floor.
Conclusion
The VELO WALL RACK 2D is an excellent system to hang your bicycle on the wall. The adjustability of the bike support arms and the finish on this bike rack make this system one of the top bike wall mount systems available on the market today.

I have two of these “newly designed” racks that I purchased in 2018. They work well, and seem very well made. They look and work exactly as they did when new, seven years ago.
They do work best if you have internal cables, or for cyclocross bikes where the cable runs along the top of the top tube. For those of us who still have rim brake road bikes, with cables running along the side/underside of the top tube, there may be some minor interference between the brake cables and the rubber pads on the rack arms – you can end up with the cable caught between the pad and the paint. Fortunately, I only have one bike that doesn’t go on the rack because of this issue.
