I ride Campagnolo. After the upgrade to 12-spd, there are few options, so it’s mostly 11-29. For rides where I know there will be grades above 15%, I have a 12-34.
Back in the 10-spd days (still on another bike), everyday was 12-25. For the steep hills, I used to get by with a 12-27, but I failed on a 24% hill a couple of years ago…
