You seem to have missed DiNotte, which makes super hi power lights for riding in completely unlit areas. I have used them for years as a commuting light on a rail-to-trail with no outside lighting. Great lights — and made in USA

Another manufacturer you did not mention is Spanninga (https://spanninga.com) I think they’re in the Netherlands. They make the “Thor” model lights in addition to others. Look like HIGH QUALITY lights. Very nice. And reasonably priced, too.
