Why I Coach By Intensity

By Coach John Hughes

In other words, they’re typical roadies. They hire me because they want to be better roadies and want to be smart about how to become better. They don’t have time to spare and they don’t want to make mistakes that will set them back, or even worse, ruin a season. Read more.

Shake Your Shoulders Awake

By Martin Sigrist

“Use it or lose it” is a well known expression when it comes to cardiovascular endurance or muscle strength.

Some of us get worried that we need to train 5-7 times a week to stay in shape.

However few of us worry about the other two aspects related to our body’s movement that are equally important and to which “use it or lose it” equally applies. Read more.
