Quick Tip: Keep Up with Your Tire Pressure

Adding air to tires is a tedious little task that most of us save for once a week. You know how it works. Before a ride, you press your thumb on each tire. If it doesn’t sink to the rim, it’s “mañana” for the pump and off you go. Read more.

  1. Wondering what bicyclists do to keep the bugs out of their eyes? Have only taken up bicycling about 3 years ago and now go out for a few miles 3-4 times a week usually in and around my neighborhood. I wear prescriptive glasses and am always getting small bugs flying up between my glasses and my face. Have not noticed any other riders wearing any sort of goggle.
