Jim’s Tech Talk

By Jim Langley

We received what I consider to be a game-changer of a bike fitting tip to share today. It’s related to last week’s Tech Talk, which was about proper positioning of drop handlebars and brake/shift levers. Here’s that article.

And I have been noticing that for a while, especially toward the end of a ride, when I am tired. Do you think the fall is a signal that it’s time to quit cycling altogether? —Harry R. Read more.
