Aerobic decoupling simply put is when your heart rate drifts away from the power or pace you’ve been maintaining in a workout. Tip from Coach Schultz: I have spoken to several of the component manufacturers, and they said they are still way behind on orders and that there will continue to be a parts shortage (derailleurs, cranks, brake sets, etc.) continuing through the year, so if you are looking at something (whole bike, or parts) make sure you pick them up sooner than later. Secondary market prices are going up as components become harder and harder to get.
