There’s now a chill in the air as I start my morning fall rides in Chicago. The temperature fluctuates from chilly starts to milder mid-50s by the end of my ride. I’ve been testing the new UMA GT bib tights from ASSOS for several weeks now, and they’ve quickly become a favorite for cooler weather. QUESTION: I’m a 45 year old male that has been riding 4-5 days a week for the last 7 or 8 years consistantly. My concern is that as I age I am losing bone density based on the fact that I’m participating in a non-load bearing activity.
