The Complete Guide to Sports Massage

This is an excellent book for anyone studying sports therapy or someone looking to do some self-massage (note not all massages can be performed on yourself) to improve on the bike performance. 

This is the fourth edition of Tim Paine’s manual and provides a lot of photos and detailed explanations of different techniques.
