Shipping & Handling

There is no shipping & handling charge for eBooks and eArticles.

Shipping & handling is included in (or added to) the price of any product that requires it. Products will be shipped promptly by USPS first-class mail or by UPS or a similar service. Please allow the time indicated on the product page for delivery, and up to a week longer for non-U.S. addresses.

If you believe there has been a shipping mistake or problem, please click Contact Us and send us a message using that form. Be as detailed as possible in explaining the issue. We will help you as soon as we read your message, but please allow 24 hours for a response.
