Sun sleeves and zinc sunscreen on face/neck and legs.
I tried various brands of “cool sleeves” for a year & didn’t like any of them. I was diagnosed with melanoma in 2012 & had immediate surgery. Post surgery full body scans every 3 months by my dermatologist were mandatory. Now, in 2018 I’m down to every 6 months. I ALWAYS wear at least 50 SPF sunscreen, applying it to every surface that is exposed to the sun. I know, I know…some people say that any sunscreen over SPF 20 doesn’t provide any more protection, but once you’ve had a 6 hour surgery to remove skin cancer you might want to rethink that. LOL, I don’t even go out to check the mail without it.
