There is no shipping & handling charge for eBooks and eArticles.
Shipping & handling is included in (or added to) the price of any product that requires it. Products will be shipped promptly by USPS first-class mail or by UPS or a similar service. Please allow the time indicated on the product page for delivery, perhaps a week longer for non-U.S. addresses.
If you believe there has been a shipping mistake or problem, please click Contact Us and send us an email. Put "Shipping Difficulty" in the subject line and then briefly explain the issue. We will help you as soon as we read your message. If you don't hear from us within 12 hours, please resend the e-mail.
There are no returns allowed (or possible) for eBooks and eArticles. There are also no returns or exchanges allowed for any products sold on the site. Our jerseys are custom-ordered in the sizes specified by customers; we do not maintain extra inventory and thus have no way to exchange for a different size.
