Shipping Policy

There is no shipping & handling charge for eBooks and eArticles.

Shipping & handling is included in (or added to) the price of any product that requires it. Products will be shipped promptly by USPS first-class mail or by UPS or a similar service. Please allow the time indicated on the product page for delivery, perhaps a week longer for non-U.S. addresses.

If you believe there has been a shipping mistake or problem, please click Contact Us and send us an email. Put "Shipping Difficulty" in the subject line and then briefly explain the issue. We will help you as soon as we read your message. If you don't hear from us within 12 hours, please resend the e-mail.

There are no returns allowed (or possible) for eBooks and eArticles. There are also no returns allowed for any products sold on the site except those that come in different sizes (like our RBR jersey). If you need a different-sized jersey, please click Contact Us and send us an email. Put “Jersey Return” in the subject line and then briefly explain the issue. Also tell us the size of the jersey you would like, and the date on which you sent it back. Return the (unused) jersey at your cost, and we will send you a new jersey as soon as we receive the original.
