Please Be Cautious Don’t get scammed!
Before you place an ad, we want to remind you to be cautious when dealing with potential buyers. Particularly if your item is expensive, it could attract bad guys who try to cheat good people.
We've heard of various internet fraud scams. A common one involves payment by an excessively large cashier's check or money order. You're asked to deduct the price of your item and send the person change. Problem is, the check is worthless so you lose your money as well as your item.
Be careful. Use common sense and trust your instincts. Do not disclose more personal information than is appropriate and necessary. If something feels "wrong," don't deal with the person. There are plenty of other buyers out there, honest ones.
Good luck selling your item. RBR wants you to have an enjoyable and profitable experience. That's the spirit in which this is written.
