Here's how RBR's Premium Site works1. The fee for Premium Site access ("membership") is $9.99 for 1 month (31 days) or $24.99 for 1 year (365 days).
2. Membership fees are not refundable. Please do NOT buy a membership if you have any doubt whatsoever about the value of the Premium Site. Read the rationale.
3. The 1-month and 1-year memberships come with identical Premium Site benefits except that only 1-year members receive a 15% discount on eBooks, eArticles and other products purchased in the RBR eBookstore. There is no discount for 1-month members. The discount does not apply to membership renewals.
4. Membership allows 24/7 Premium Site access from any computer with internet access. All that's needed is a valid user name and password for the login page.
5. Premium Site logins are limited to 10 per day to reduce misuse of RBR resources. Upon clicking the LOG OUT link, members will see how many logins remain during the current 24-hour period.
6. RoadBikeRider.com cannot guarantee 100% server uptime. Like with any website, the Premium Site may occasionally be temporarily inaccessible for technical reasons that are beyond our control.
7. Members can manage their personal Premium Site account on their RBR account page, using it to:
Renew membership
Change password
Change e-mail address for password reminders
Check number of days left in membership
8. During the 7 days prior to expiration of a Premium Site membership, RBR will send 3 e-mail reminders.
9. Renewing a Premium Site membership at any time results in the new total (31 days or 365 days) being added to the days remaining in the current membership. No days are "lost" be renewing early.
