There is no shipping & handling charge for eBooks and eArticles.
Shipping & handling is included in the price of any product that requires it. No additional charges apply. Products will be shipped promptly by USPS first-class mail or by UPS or a similar service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, perhaps a week longer for non-U.S. addresses.
RBR eBooks and eArticles can be downloaded immediately or anytime. Simply use your customer account. The login link is at the top of every RBR web page. After logging in you'll see download buttons for all new and previous purchases.
Save your downloads to a place on your hard drive you will remember. Many customers use their My Documents folder. You might want to make a subfolder called "RBR Downloads."
If you need help, please write to customerservice@roadbikerider.com. Put "Download difficulty" in the subject line and then briefly explain what happened. We will help you as soon as we read your message. If you don't hear from us within 12 hours, please resend the e-mail.
To open and read an RBR eBook or eArticle (Adobe PDF document) you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most computers have it installed. If you need a copy or want to upgrade to the newest version, a free download is available by clicking this button:
Because of their digital nature, eBooks and eArticles are not returnable and therefore purchases are not refundable.
If there is a problem with a physical product, please explain by writing to customerservice@roadbikerider.com. The product will be replaced or your purchase price will be refunded, as you wish. See the product's web page for any specific details.
Refunds are not made for PREMIUM SITE memberships. If you have any misgivings about the Premium Site being worth the price, please do NOT buy a membership. Read the rationale.
(Well okay . . . if your dog died, your spouse left and your bike got stolen, you can plead for a refund by writing to publisher@roadbikerider.com.)
